1946 - Nov, 2nd, born in Melbourne, Australia.

1969 - graduated from University of Queensland, Brisbane, in English, French, History and Psychology.

1970 - graduated from Kelvin Grove Teachers’ College, Brisbane.

1971 – 1979 studied German at the Goethe Institute in Munich.

In 1980 – Helen studied the meditation of Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga in Brisbane, then visited India to deepen the knowledge and meditation. She has visited India 30 times since then, to deepen her studies in this.

1981 – 1982 - taught English as a foreign language in Singapore at the Kong Hwa Primary School.

1982 - 1988 - taught English and French at the Gandhi Memorial International School, Pasar Baru, Jakarta.

1988 – 2000 - taught EFL with E.L.T.I., (Kompas-Gramedia group), in Kebayoran Baru.

2001 - 2002 - taught Living Values, grades 1 – 10, at Universal School, Kemayoran, Jakarta.

2003 – present, - teaching EFL at E.L.T.I. branch, RS Carolus. Jakarta.


Helen is still an advisor to Universal School, in teaching Living Values.

As a service to humanity, Helen also teaches (free of charge) the Meditation and Knowledge of Raja Yoga .
