We now see more and more "car salon" available in big cities, nonetheless to pretty the body of the car. Some engine experts will say the engine is "beautiful", we love it (when the body of the car is actually out of shape and physically ugly). Can this be what people call as "inner beauty"? While the performance of the car as a result of the synergy of the body, the engine and the driver can be practically observed, learned and engineered, automotive industry offers separate knowledge and skill institutions: the body designs, the engine technology, and the driving techniques. Can we also view and perceive the Body, the Mind and the Soul of a person as such? Why not? If a car is without a driver, it’s only an object in display – does it also mean that if a person is without the mind working in synergy, shall we call it a human being in display? I am afraid so. If a car is without the engine, it’s only a play station in the entertainment center – does it also mean that if a person is without the Soul working in synergy, we can call it a human play station?
I guess so. What if the car is without the body and only the engine alone
with the driver sitting on it? Well, we need help to relate an opinion to this particular one.

The Body, the Mind and the Soul can be studied as a blend and synergy or can be studied separately, which in many ways will make the exploration much more interesting and be understood in depth. Personal experience shows that objectives of discussions can easily sway when using the term "spirit". Respondents are normally a bit too quick to relate the terminology with religious perceptions. When using the term "spirit" in particular, we can easily expect a question as such: "Is the subject in anyway related to religion?" When faced with this inquiry, we can simply say: "No, it’s not, because we touch only the spirit as a lone subject". Whilst personally to me, relating such thing to religion in this context shall involve not only the spirit, but all three of the Body, the Mind and the Spirit – at the very least.

Can the Body be fit, be unfit or exhausted? Yes, and probably that’s why we have rests, sleep and work out at the physical fitness centers. Can the Mind be fit, be unfit or exhausted? Of course, and probably that’s why we have various mind "treatments" and remedies to refresh and release stress. Can the Soul or the "heart" be fit, be unfit or exhausted? Definitely, and we call it among others, as being depressed. However, as of today, there are not yet many known "Soul or Heart" fitness centers that can be found easily in the city – while nowadays is the right time to have these facilities available. The Body, the Mind and the Soul are interconnected, inter-related, work in synergy and ideally perform in harmony with common focal intention and direction - unlikely one or two of them function without the third one. The dynamics of the blend and synergy of the three is that one works with all and all work in one. Even in our sleep, the Body and the Mind are proportionally active. But the emphasis of the activities within the dynamics and synergy of each and every single one of them shifts and fluctuates every single moment.

It’s so near and yet seen distant, it’s domestic and yet considered foreign, it’s an infinite frontier but the least explored, and it’s a priceless treasure but hardly discovered. "Inner Studies" is in its definite way to be positioned as non-physical science at par with physical science to support the knowledge for mankind to look "inward" more than before. Very old yet relatively new dimensions of knowledge to acquire, to hopefully better equip mankind with compassion, wisdom and awareness, insights and perceptions, alertness and resilience, as well as references and enlightenment to outperform the inevitable challenges ahead.
